💡 Guru Tips

Insider tips to make the most of your experience at Capital One Arena

🅿️ Parking Guru Tip

Capital One Arena has structured parking — arrive 45+ minutes early for the closest spots. Check for pre-paid parking options to skip the line.

🎫 Will Call Tip

Will call lines can get long close to showtime. Pick up your tickets early if the box office opens before doors — or go mobile tickets to skip the line entirely.

💵 Bring Cash

This venue accepts cash — handy for merch tables and food vendors where card-only lines are shorter. Keep small bills.

🏟️ Arena Insider

For concerts in arenas, mid-level sections (200s) often have the best sound. Floor seats look great on paper but sound can be muddy and sightlines blocked by standing crowds.

Accessibility Guru Tip

Accessible seating is available — book early for the best options. Call the box office directly for companion seating or specific accommodation needs. They're usually more helpful than the website.

📅 Busy Venue

Capital One Arena hosts 287+ events — it's a popular spot. For big shows, arrive 30-60 minutes early to clear security, grab food, and settle in without stress.

👜 Bag Policy

This venue has bag restrictions — check the size limits before you go. Small clutches or clear bags are usually safest. Leave the big purse in the car.

👨‍👩‍👧 Bringing Kids?

This venue has a child policy — check age requirements before buying. Pro tip: aisle seats are a lifesaver with little ones for quick bathroom and snack runs.

🚕 Rideshare Tip

Set your pickup spot a block or two away from the main exit — everyone else is fighting for rides right at the door. You'll get matched faster and pay less surge.
