📋 General Rules

Bag Policy and Metal Detector use - Policy for the Bags, Purses and Backpacks: For safety reasons, bags, purses, backpacks and other large bags may not be permitted in Credit Union 1 Arena or UIC Dorin Forum. This policy will be in effect for all events except: UIC Dorin Forum events that are only open to UIC Employees Events where materials necessary for the event are contained in the bags (ie. Job fairs, exhibitions, etc.) Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: Purses, bags or containers larger than 14x14x6 inches Camera bags Cinch bags/drawstring bags Briefcases Computer bags Backpacks Coolers (including thermos) Luggage of any kind Diaper bags Patrons may bring in the following bags: Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 14x14x6 inches. Bags may be hand carried or have a shoulder strap. One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc). An exception will be made for medical necessary items after proper inspection at the entrance. All bags that are allowed in the facility will be searched. Metal detectors will be in use for all events. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Binoculars are allowed.

There are no age restrictions. Children under 2 are admitted free, but they must sit on the lap of an adult.
