The normal Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm. For Weekday events, the box office will remain open from 10am through the event. For Weekend events, the Box Office generally opens 3 hours prior to the start of the event.

Addition Financial Arena and the Venue are both cashless venues. The following credit cards are accepted for payment�MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and American Express. For digital payments Apple Pay is accepted. These forms of payment are accepted throughout the venues and parking garages.

Parking is located North and South of the building. Accessible Parking is located at the garages. Day of charge varies by event, please check Venue website prior to arrival for pricing. This ticket licenses the holder to park one vehicle as directed. the management entities, UCFAA and Spectra, the UCFCC, and UCF hereby declare themselves NOT RESPONSIBLE for and assumes no Liability arising from fire, theft, damage to or loss of the vehicle or any article left therein. ONLY A LICENSE OF SPACE IS GRANTED HEREBY AND NO BAILMENT CREATED. Acceptance of the ticket constitutes acknowledgment by the holder that he or she has read and agrees to the provisions of the contract. Management reserves the right to move vehicles at owner's expense when in our opinion it is necessary. LOCK VEHICLES. NO RE-ENTRY. NO REFUNDS.

Yes, this is an accessible venue. Accessible seating is located in the last row of Sections 101, 103, 104, 105 & 107. These areas are located on the main concourse level which is accessible by elevator from the Arena lobby.

Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 12'' x 6'' x 12'' are not permitted inside the arena. Guests who bring backpacks or large bags will be asked to return them to their car before entering the building. Small purses approximately the size of a hand (no larger than 5.5" x 8.5") with or without a handle/strap are permitted.
