The Box Office will accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover and Apple Pay/Google wallet through Tap-to-Pay. The Bridgestone Arena is a cashless venue.
🎫 Will Call
Will Call can only be picked up on the day of an event only for that day's event. In order to pick up will call, the name on the envelope must match the name of a photo ID, typically two hours prior to the event. Will call left by the event organizers may not arrive until event time or later.

Bridgestone Arena is a smoke-free facility. The Arena also has a no re-entry policy. The use of recording devices (audio/visual) are not allowed. iPads, selfie sticks, Go-Pros, are also not allowed.
