Fans with ADA parking needs must also pay for parking. ADA parking is available on all levels in both garages. Prepaid event parking rate $35 Day of event parking rate $45 ADA parking is also available in Parking Lot 8 (behind the Aztec Recreation Center). Parking in this parking lot can only be purchased on the day of the event. Accessible and mobility impaired seating available through Ticketmaster and the Box office. For hearing and sight impaired seating, please contact the box office at 619.594-0429. Infra-red listening devices are available at the Box Office. Hearing impaired and sight impaired patrons are asked to contact the Box Office at 619-594-0429 no later than 2 months before the date of the event to inform the venue you are in need of a sign interpreter.

📋 General Rules

Cameras or recording devices- varies per event, please call 619-594-0234. SDSU is now a non smoking campus, smoking is not allowed in Viejas Arena. No alcohol, cans, or bottles! Viejas Arena has a Clear Bag policy. Bags must be clear plastic or clear vinyl and may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. Small purses, bags, or clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" will be allowed.
